Legal
§ 1 Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services provided by authenticgym.de and its customers.
§ 2 Offer and conclusion of contract
The offer from daheimshirts.de is non-binding and subject to change. By clicking the “Buy” button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Receipt of the order will be confirmed by email. Acceptance – and thus the purchase contract – only comes into effect with the order confirmation or delivery of the goods.
§ 3 Prices
The prices are based on the price list valid at the time the contract is concluded. The prices include statutory VAT.
§ 4 Liability
We exclude our liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, unless damages resulting from injury to life, body or health or guarantees are affected or claims under the Product Liability Act are affected. The properties mentioned in the product descriptions are based on proper use and compliance with the instructions for use. Furthermore, liability for the breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the customer can regularly rely, remains unaffected. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents. Product adjustments that do not restrict the basic properties can be made without a separate notice from daheimshirts.de.
§ 5 Alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Article 14 Para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 6 Final provision
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective, this will not affect the validity of the rest of the General Terms and Conditions. In place of any ineffective regulation, an effective regulation is deemed to have been agreed that comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose of the ineffective clause.
